Prayer is the biggest power in the world,

(This prayer is a part of the book “Meditation For Beginners” by Tejguru Sirshree Tejparkhiji. For more info log on to www.tejgyan.org )
Prayer is the biggest power in the world, which has been given to Man even as a solution before problem arrival. By not using a super power like prayer and only believing in their ego, many are being very foolish. Prayer can cool down the pyre of worry and convert a stone into wax. It can stop a storm. It can bring a sinking ship ashore. Not only can desires be fulfilled with prayers, even liberation can be had with prayer. Hand over all your problems and worries to God. Then imagine that God has solved them in an appropriate manner. This step will send your prayer and your thoughts to every nook and corner of the universe and pave the way for the fulfillment of your desire. That is why prayer is even more important than the meditation technique and it should certainly be done before starting a sacred practice like meditation. It will prove beneficial for you in the process of meditation. Repeat the words below slowly, lovingly, with deep feeling, full faith and a good rhythm. These words have tremendous power to relax your mind. So learn by heart this prayer and take the first step.
I am peaceful in the presence of God (Silence)I am experiencing complete peace. I am created by God, therefore tranquility, peace, and happiness, which is the nature of God, is spreading within my heart and mind. God has created nothing to disrupt this peace.Whatever may be the reason of my unrest is not in the list of the Almighty.I am offering myself in his lap just like a tired child rests in the lap of his mother.Waves of happiness are arising all around me and I am feeling a sense of peace everywhere Peace Peace Peace
In prayer, one should always use positive words and words that are full of devotion. Words are important in a prayer because certain words increase the devotional feeling within us, touch us, make us aware, and inspire us. Some words are such that by simply hearing them, we can feel that ecstatic feeling within us. Prayer should always be done with faith and a feeling of love.
